Probation and Deferred Adjudication Defense
Often, people will take Community Supervision (or probation) or Deferred Adjudication to take care of their case. However, during the course of a Community Supervision (or probation) or Deferred Adjudication, a person may face a stumbling block in which it appears that one or more conditions of the probation or Deferred Adjudication has not been fulfilled. Often, when this happens, people think that they have been revoked from their Community Supervision. This is not the case. You are entitled to a Hearing on your Community Supervision and the Court will not revoke your Community Supervision without affording you a Hearing. Even if you think that there isn’t a chance that your Community Supervision will remain intact or be reinstated, don’t fear and don’t give up.
